brass fish can't flap
can't fight for breath
amalgamated flesh and zinc
copper gills and fins
but still cruelty follows
where fish are slaughtered
even brass laid out in moulds
has blood stains and scales
and scales can not weigh life
or death, even brass fish
deserve to be free
